By downloading or using Rewind, you agree to these terms. Rewind is operated by Rewind Camera LLC ("we", "us", "our").
Rewind is a film-camera app. You take the picture; the app decides the film stock, the camera, the look, and the effects, revealed only when a roll develops. By design there are no manual look controls, no retakes, and no deleting individual frames. Results are intentionally unpredictable.
Rewind is free to download and includes a set of free rolls each month. Rewind Lab membership is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase as an auto-renewing monthly subscription that continues until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
You may choose to submit photos from the app to be considered for a feature on our channels.
License. By submitting a photo you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, reproduce, display, adapt for format (for example, cropping or padding to fit a platform), and distribute that photo on our marketing channels — including Instagram and the rewindcamera.io website — with credit to the Instagram handle you provide.
Ownership. You keep ownership of your photo. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, and that the photo does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content.
No guarantee. Whether a submission is featured is at our sole discretion. Submitting does not guarantee a feature.
Removal. You can ask us to remove a submitted photo at any time by emailing support@rewindcamera.io.
You are responsible for the photos you take and submit. Don't submit anything you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful, infringing, or that depicts others without their consent. If you record ambient audio, do so responsibly and respect the privacy and applicable rights of people around you.
Rewind is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewind Camera LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
